Terms of Service
Last updated: January 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AppDeploy website and any AppDeploy integrations, connectors, and APIs that allow you to use AppDeploy from third-party AI platforms or agent clients (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FreeBraavos LTD ("AppDeploy", "we", "us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Third-party AI platforms and agent clients (for example, OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, and certain IDE agents) are separate services (each, a "Third-Party Platform"). Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies. When using AppDeploy through a Third-Party Platform, you must also comply with that platform's applicable terms, policies, and usage rules.
AppDeploy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Third-Party Platform provider.
1) The Service
AppDeploy helps you generate and deploy web apps from within Third-Party Platforms by accepting project files and deploying them to hosted infrastructure. Deployments may include a static frontend and one or more backend services (for example APIs, workers, scheduled jobs), and may provision supporting infrastructure (for example databases).
The Service may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You may use the Service as a guest or authenticate using supported methods (if available).
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any access credentials secure.
3) Your content and rights
You may submit project files, text, and other materials to deploy (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant FreeBraavos LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, modify (as necessary to build/deploy), and make your User Content available as necessary to operate the Service (including serving your deployed app at a hosted URL).
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit and deploy the User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Copyright claims: If you believe content deployed through AppDeploy infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to support@appdeploy.ai. Please include the URL of the allegedly infringing content, a description of the copyrighted work, and your contact information. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload or deploy malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- deploy content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes intellectual property rights;
- deploy apps containing adult or sexually explicit content, gambling or betting services, sale of weapons, controlled substances, or tobacco products, or content that violates the usage policies of any applicable Third-Party Platform;
- deploy phishing pages, impersonation sites, or apps designed to deceive users or harvest credentials;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or underlying infrastructure;
- use the Service to collect or process sensitive information without appropriate rights and safeguards.
No restricted data: Do not include API keys, passwords, private tokens, payment card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in project files or messages. We do not request this information. If such data is detected, we may reject the deployment, redact it from logs, and delete it where feasible for security reasons.
5) Deployments are public
Deployed apps are hosted at a URL and may be accessible to anyone who has the link (or to the public, depending on how you share it). You are responsible for securing your app, its data flows, and any third-party services you integrate.
6) Your responsibilities for deployed apps
If you deploy an app that collects, processes, or stores data about end users (for example, visitors to your deployed URL), you are responsible for your app's content, security, and compliance obligations (including providing your own privacy notices and obtaining any required consents). You must not deploy apps that collect restricted data (payment card data, government IDs, access credentials) or otherwise violate applicable law or platform policies.
7) Third-party services and dependencies
Your project may depend on third-party libraries and services (for example, npm packages or external APIs). FreeBraavos LTD is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
8) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove deployments, if we reasonably believe: (a) you violated these Terms, (b) your use poses a security risk, or (c) we must do so to comply with law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of deployments or associated data, contact us.
9) Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that deployments will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that your app will meet your requirements.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEBRAAVOS LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEBRAAVOS LTD'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
11) Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless FreeBraavos LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your deployments, or your violation of these Terms.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
13) Jurisdiction
The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
14) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable (or, if it cannot be modified, severed), and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, including to an affiliate, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
16) No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FreeBraavos LTD.
17) Force majeure
FreeBraavos LTD will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud provider outages, or failures of third-party services or dependencies. FreeBraavos LTD will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of any force majeure event.
18) Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeBraavos LTD regarding the Service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
19) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
